Shrigley Hall

A highly popular location for Weddings, Shrigley Hall is set in 262 acres of ground in the Peak District National Park. As an old Georgian country house it really adds character and atmosphere to any event held there. As well as weddings there is an 18 hole golf course available, a spa and beauty treatments.

This stunning wedding venue is located just 15 minutes from Macclesfield. The grounds on which the country house is situated are simply stunning. This really lends itself to some fantastic wedding photos and also wedding videos. For those who like a bit of history, Shrigley Hall was built in 1825 for William Turner. Owner of a mill in Blackburn and a member of Parliament. Later in 1936 a chapel was added to the south of the house. The final transformation to the house and church came in 1982 when it was converted in to what you see today, a hotel and country club.
